People have variable moods / responses / etc. also build up a personality / style that clicks with some and not with others. Makes play through different.

Main way to make money / skills and gain things is to connect people and spend time well. Time passes. Investing in things is a big deal. Investments can lose money or gain money. Some rng with saving throws etc. people can also waste your time.
