The Core Thesis
Specialization is for robots; Generalization is for humans.
The Industrial Age taught us to specialize (be a factory worker). The AI Age rewards the Generalist.
- The Trap: Specializing in one thing makes you dependent on a job and easy to replace with automation.
- The Advantage: Your unique perspective—formed by the intersection of all your different interests—is the only thing AI cannot replicate.
- The Goal: Don't pick a niche. You are the niche.
The Business Model: "Development-Based"
Instead of learning a specific skill to sell to a client (the traditional freelancer path), use the Development-Based model.
- Pursue your own goals (in health, wealth, relationships, or happiness).
- Solve your own problems along the way.
- Document the solution (Content).
- Sell the system you used to solve it (Product).
You don't need to create a "customer avatar." You are the customer avatar. You are simply selling solutions to the person you were 6 months ago.
The Execution Strategy
1. The Brand (Your Environment)
Stop worrying about logos or hex codes. Your brand is your Worldview.
- The Shift: Brand isn't what people see when they first click your profile; it's what they think about you after following you for 3 months.
- Action: Filter everything you create through your personal story. Why do you care about this topic? That is your brand voice.
