General Notes

Ideally, we (Kyle and Robbie) get tested before everyone else arrives needing tests.

Robbie delivers production truck, starts setting up tables/pop up tents

Mornings. Most important thing - COVID and breakfast setup. These tables will be in the Production Vehicle 1. We will be responsible for setting up the COVID tables.

Cast will self report to set - They'll bring themself to set.

Chris cracked a joke. “It’s going to be a real sweatshop. Bring your peyote.” Daria laughed and Chris appreciated the laugh.

The printer will be mobile, going to set when we are offsite.

Know were buckets are.

Never unplug anything without asking.

If there is a light plugged in to an outlet, ask the Gaffer before you plug something in. Don't want to pop a breaker during shooting.

Team Breakdown

Crew is ~32-34 people

1st team is Cast / Main talent. i.e. actors.

2nd team is stand-ins / photo doubles etc. These are people that stand in frame in place of "talent" / actors, while the camera and lights etc are being set up. Photo doubles are used when you can't see the characters face.
